The vertical ENGLAND stamp on the back stamp tells us that they were all made before 1910, the oval mark on the cup and saucer indicates that they were made in 1894, and the mark on the cake plate (diamond-shaped vertical line) indicates that they were made in 1899. All are antique items that are over 120 years old. The main body itself has some scratches and scratches from the gold color due to age, but there are no chips or cracks, and considering the passage of time, I think it is in good condition.
