Authentic Titanic 1st Class Royal Crown Derby A’la carte Restaurant Dinner Plate. This is an authentic Royal Crown Derby made for the Titanic. No this was NOT on the Titanic but this was made for the 100th anniversary of the launching of the Titanic. Made by the same company in England that has been making fine bone china since 1750. You can read more of the description on one of the photos. Though you can still get this pattern you will not get it with the original White Star Line Logo on the plate. He pattern was only reproduced with the original Oceanic Steam Navigation Company (OSNC/White Star Line) monogram in the center. Until December 31, 2012. Royal Crown Derby also reproduced the booklet they originally made to promote the Titanic. It also comes with a COA. That also stopped in 2012. This is real bone china. Not stoneware, ceramic or anything else. This is the real deal that was on the Titanic back in 1912. These are extremely hard to find. I was lucky enough to get one. The plate as you see is not only boxed but is sealed in plastic. The Navy blue box is showing a little white on the left side, that you can see in the photo of the box. I want to also mention that in the booklet it looks like a stain on it but that is the way it was reproduced from the original. I have the same booklet with the same mark.
