A rare and magnificent fine bone china 9 piece Tea Set in the Imari style “QUAIL” formed pattern and manufactured by the Royal Crown Derby Porcelain Factory. This wonderful coffee or tea set features hand-painted bone china in brilliant Imari. Colors of rust red and cobalt blues decorated in 24k gold in the Quail design. The quail teapot holds approximately 2 cups. The quail creamer holds approximately 10 ounces. The quail covered sugar bowl holds approximately 1 cup. 2 cups 2 saucer 2 bread plates. Mint like new condition. Has never been used. Missing lid to the Quail teapot. The teapot looks fine without the lid. It has beautiful gold trim around the opening. I guess I threw the lid to the teapot out with the boxes and tissue paper when we moved. I can NOT find Lid NO where. Please look very careful at all 12 pictures to see the beauty of this set. The teapot still looks finished since it looks like the creamer now.
