It has been artist signed on the base in gold pen. This can be removed if required. The piece is in excellent condition with no chips, rubs, cracks, crazing or repairs. The gold is fresh and bright and the design is not worn or rubbed. The box is also good. The Welsh Dragon is an impressive 155mm tall.
