Is in the Traditional Imari 2451 pattern, and it. Has been assembled together which is why there are various markings on the bottom of each piece. The pieces are made of white bone china with very deep hand-painted cobalt blue details and bright gold accents arranged around orange flowers. Overall the luncheon plates measure 9 3/8″ in diameter, the salad plates measure 8 1/8″ in diameter, the bread plates measure 6 1/4″ in diameter, and the cups stand about 1 5/8″ tall while the saucers measure approximately 5 3/8 in diameter. The overall condition of the set is excellent. Each piece is extremely clean with white bone china and they have no chips, cracks, or repaired areas. The hand-painted details are extremely bold and vivid with standard minor wear and the glaze is glossy with crazing present on a few pieces. The gold gilt is very strong on all of the plates and saucers, but it does display wear on the rims and handles of the cups as these are some of the oldest pieces.
