They have all the usual Royal Crown Derby markings on the base as shown along with the cypher for 1920 and have no chips, cracks or restoration obtained after leaving factory. The gilding shows very little sign or wear or scratching. Royal Crown Derby will signify a seconds quality item by scratching through the markings on the base.
