Old Imari Honey Bear LXI. This beautifully decorated 1st Quality, Royal Crown Derby Old Imari Honey Bear is pre-owned and in excellent condition with no chips, scratches, crazing or rest. Introduced in 1997 this lovely piece shines with fine, intricate and detailed hand-decoration in the Old Imari colours of Red, Cobalt Blue and 22ct Gold. Robert Jefferson modelled the Honey Bear and it was decorated by Sue Rowe; it has the all-important Gold Stopper and Royal Crown Derby Backstamp. This is a handsome and much admired Paperweight dated 1998 bearing the cypher (LXI). Measures 10.5 cm high.
