This listing is for ONE cup and ONE saucer only. Presented is a beautiful bone china teacup and saucer from Royal Crown Derby in the Gold Aves pattern. This piece uses lavish hand decorated gold to present an adapted embroidery pattern by painter, Albert Gregory. It is elegantly designed to be a statement pattern, adorned with dramatic birds of paradise and peacocks. The saucer has a gorgeous gold rim with a subtle scalloped edge. The original Avesbury pattern has appeared on Royal Crown Derby’s luxury tableware since 1932. The Aves pattern is exceptionally popular on tableware and giftware globally. The underside of each piece is stamped English Bone China, Derby China, and Royal Crown Derby. This piece is in fabulous condition. There are practically no wear.
