Offered is a SUGAR BOWL & LID by ROYAL CROWN DERBY in the wonderful Olde Avesbury. The matching sugar bowl and lid set are in excellent vintage condition. Olde Avesbury was introduced by Royal Crown Derby in the early 1930s. This iconic pattern features a series of exotic birds and flowers in vivid colours against a background of crisp white fine bone china. Gold trim and a softly scalloped edge beautifully accent this timeless design. Excellent, with little – if any – sign of wear or prior use. Pattern is intact, bright and well-defined.
