Royal Crown Derby For Tiffany & Co NY Encrusted 9 Plate (B) Ca 1912. Wonderful Royal Crown Derby for Tiffany & C0, New York plate. On a white ground the rim is encrusted with raised bright gold gilt decorations in a Rococo Baroque design. Gilt footed urns separated by beaded scrolls with floral medallions and a chain of bell flowers. A gadrooned decoration on the outer rim and beading along the inside with a smaller gold decoration below it. An elegant addition to any dinner service. Marked on the reverse in red Royal Crown Derby over a crown above interlocking scrolls. England to the side. Tiffany & Co NEW YORK, and a cipher for 1912. The printed numbers 6229 and a symbol. Impressed with DERBY and 7-01. All measurements are approximate. Plate measures 9 in diameter. Very good antique condition to commensurate with age and use. No chips, cracks or repairs. There are a few minor scratches on the center on the plate, does not detract. Please remember this is a no return. Thank you for looking.
