Exquisite cabinet plate from Royal Crown Derby. It is floral decorated with a gold chain border and purple jeweling on a ribbed pattern molded blank. Gold and platinum highlights are incorporated in the decoration. The pattern number is 1460. The date cypher dates the plate to 1884. It measures 8 3/4 inches in diameter. There are no chips or cracks.
