ROYAL CROWN DERBY BUXTON BADGER PAPERWEIGHT. ROYAL CROWN DERBY BUXTON BADGER Up for sale I have this rare Buxton Badger paperweight from Royal Crown Derby. It is approximately 11cm/4.25 inches long. It was introduced in 1996 as a Limited Edition of just 500 pieces for Sinclairs and was modelled by Robert Jefferson and decoration designed by John Ablitt. The paperweight is boxed and has the Royal Crown Derby stamp underneath (see photo) – i do not have the certificate. It is first quality with no scratches through the stamp and has a gold stopper underneath. The box has a little surface wear/creasing (see photo). The photos are all of the actual example you will receive. As always I have examined the paperweight carefully and added photos of any tiny dots, marks or inconsistencies in the original finish i can see. The tiny pale dots you can see in the close-up photo are in the finish – not chips. Very little to show and only mentioned for completeness so you know exactly what you are getting – a really good clean example (see photos). A wonderful addition to any collection.
