ROYAL CROWN DERBY LEAPING SALMON Up for sale I have this beautiful Leaping Salmon paperweight from Royal Crown Derby. 14.5cm/5.75 inches high. This paperweight was produced in a time Limited Edition over just 12 months from 1st June 2005 to 31st May 2006. It is in excellent all round condition with no chips, cracks or damage. It also comes in the original box with certificate. As always i have checked it over carefully for any lines, dots or marks in the finish. Not much to show on this – see photo. Royal Crown Derby England. Clear center with salmon pink rims. Condition report “all item are preowned and vintage or antique so none are absolutely perfect”. Preowned but excellent antique condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. The colors are still fresh and vibrant and the gold gilt appears to be in excellent order. There is very minor rubbing to the salmon glaze and gold gilt on the high points. All items come to me as previously owned so I cannot attest as to their treatment and environment prior to coming into my posession. I clean most of my items as they come in but if I deam an item to fragile or to be overall very clean then I may decide to skip the cleaning process.
