1900 Royal Crown Derby Imari 2712 Demitasse Cup & Saucers in Presentation Box. There are six (6) saucers and five (5) cups. The saucers measure 4 1/4″ in diameter and the cups stand 2″ high x 1 7/8 across top rim. The 2721 Imari pattern features a floral design in cobalt blue, rust, gold gilt on a crisp white background. The marks on the undersides of each cup and saucer shows the Royal Crown Derby in a partial circle above a Crown above interlinked D’s with vertical ENGLAND to the right and 2721 below. Condition is very, very good. No chips, cracks or repairs. There is wear to the gold gilt. There is one demitasse cup missing from the set and I saw one very tight hairline on the underside of a saucer that does not go through to the front. The presentation box on the outside shows wear, rips and tears. The inside satin lining is in nice condition. Enlarge photos to see details.
