The ground color is salmon pink. It is hand decorated with gold and silver enamels. You can feel all of the designs with your fingertips. What we have here is an absolutely stunning antique Royal Crown Derby Art Nouveau Pitcher/Ewer. The item is featured in a creamy beige background color and is adorned with a cobalt blue and gold enameled Iris flower. The opposite side features other types of enameled flowers, perhaps stylized blue daisies. The handle, base, and top rim are all enveloped in a beautiful gold gilt. The handle and top rim truly sparkle in the proper light. Gold leaf is also visible throughout most of the body and neck. The gold leaf acts as a wonderful embellishment and only adds to the overall quality of the piece. This rare masterpiece will find its way into the residence of one very lucky individual in the near future. Excellent condition with minor wear throughout the body and base.
