A fine example of Royal Crown Derby Old Imari Solid Gold Band 1128 craftsmanship – Fine Bone China; 22 carat gold embellishment. This jug is a variation within the Solid Gold Band range. As normal of the Solid Gold Band Range. This jug has a Solid Gold Band around its circumference a quarter way from top of the jug; and gold vertical stripes from that band up to top jug rim. The Variation within this jug. This jug has gold to the inner handle. But the top of the handle is white with gilt patterning along its centre top [in contrast to the fully gold handle on standard Solid Gold Band milk jugs]. Here is a beautiful Royal Crown Derby creamer in the pattern 1128 Old Imari. It comes from a local estate. Such a gorgeous pattern using multi colors of cobalt blue, burnt orange on a white background and heavily accented in gold. This piece measures 3 1/4 tall. It is 5 from end of spout to edge of handle. The top is 2″ across but since it is a tapered design the bottom measures 2 1/2″ x 3 1/4. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or crazing.
