Royal crown derby pattern 3288. This is a very high quality and impressive. Royal crown derby raised gilt decorated plate with Ivry and gold gilt # 3288. Retailed by Davis Collamore co in New York. Stamped on the back and numbered. This plate is about 8 3/8 in diameter and it is in like new condition, it has been used as display cabinet only. One of the best for your collection. Please look at the photos for quality and workmanship of this plate. Made in England by royal crown Derby. This magnificent set of 6, 19th century Royal Crown Derby service, presentation plates are fit for royalty with the subtle contrast of ivory and two colors of raised paste gold. Even the backs of the plates are gilded, as are the foot rims. Undoubtedly, this was a custom ordered service made for someone very special. The subtly shaped rims, star pattern with a central medallion and complex gold latticework add to the extraordinary craftsmanship, circa 1890. All pictures are part of the description.
