Decorated with a black, red, gold, and platinum floral scrollwork pattern over a white ground. Marked on the bottom with the black crown Derby mark used between 1877 and 1890. Has some wear to the gilding and minor stacking flakes to the foot rim, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 5 5/8 inches wide x 8 3/8 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.

These early Derby pieces are painted in an Imari color pallet. The top rim has classical faces and the dish is raised on four lions feet. These pieces measure 4 inches tall and is 5 3/4 inches in diameter. The both pieces are decorated with gilded accents. The lid of the piece is missing. The underside is marked with a very faint Derby hallmark. These pieces are in Excellent condition. There is some slight discoloration on the inside of the bowls.
