Recent find from a Northern Virginia estate. Offering a stunning, approximately 8″ length by 6 5/8″ high, Royal Crown Derby Camel paperweight figurine, from the Imari Collection. Ristine condition with no cracks, chips, crazing or stains; first quality. Quite grand and d. High gloss with extremely vibrant colors. This piece is flawless and is marked with the Royal Crown Derby mark and the underside button associated with this collection. Date code coincides with 1998. Introduced in 1996, retired in 2008. 646g Old Imari gold, blue and red with striking teal blue accents on blanket, neck and base. Scarabs at front and back on base.
