C 1937 Royal Crown Derby can shaped coffee trios “Traditional” pattern #2451. This pattern was introduced in 1887 and was based on original pattern #877 from 1880. Gloriously presented in the hand painted Imari colourways of cobalt blue and brown with lavish gilded highlights. Pieces bear the Royal Crown Derby England back stamp, impressed date code and painters marks. This set is in perfect original condition with no chips, cracks, repairs or damage that I can identify. A very handsome set which displays beautifully and typical of this fabulous producer which alas is no longer in production.

This porcelain dessert plate, was made at Worcester, circa 1780-90, and bears the Worcester crescent mark, on the base. It is decorated with handpainted flowers within a cobalt blue border and enriched with gilding. It measures 8 1/2 in diameter. It is in good condition with no chips or cracks and the gilding is good.
