SIX ANTIQUE ROYAL CROWN DERBY RIMMED SOUP BOWLS PATTERN 5279 c1899. A set of six antique Royal Crown Derby rimmed soup bowls in pattern number 5279. The bowls have a scalloped rim and have six equi-spaced flutes around the circumference. The pattern consists of swags of flowers in brown with a cobalt band around the rim highlighted in gold. All the bowls are in very good condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs. There is some minor age related wear to the gilding of the rim edges. 8356 Royal Crown Derby Imari Pattern Vase. A very late 19th century Royal Crown Derby vase. It has the date cypher for 1899 making it late Victorian in period. It is decorated in the traditional Imari style, and the pattern number is scripted to the underside (1757). This pattern seems near identical to the 1128 and is perhaps a slight variant. To the underside are the Derby printed marks and script details. A very pretty little example. Very good order for period, just some very slight gilt wear.
