Royal Crown Derby Medway (Buford) China set of 4 double handled cream soup bowls, and 4 under plates. The bowl diameter (measured across the top) is 4 5/8. The bowl width (measured from handle to handle) is 6. The plate are 6 1/2 in diameter. Ideal for your next luncheon or dinner. Production for this pattern stopped in 1966. This pattern features a green garland of leaves with tiny blue blossoms. Accented with gold trim. The china has a fluted edge and raised scalloped details on the inner rim. Stamped Royal Crown Derby Made in England, with a painted mark of AB14. There is an incised mark “Derby L2G”. All of the pieces are in good condition, without chips, cracks or wear to the gold. There is some crazing on the plates, and one plate has exactly one utensil mark. I have taken closeup pictures of this. The double handled bowls are in excellent shape with no visible flaws.
