PLEASE SEE FULL LISTING. 4 Demi Cups 4 Demi Saucers 1 Demi Cup with Stylized Handle (very old, dated 1904). These pieces have been extremely well cared for and are in excellent condition. Some extremely faint surface marks are present, visible only upon close inspection. The underside of one saucer has started to craze, which is extremely common with the puce back stamp. The patterns are also in very nice condition, showing only minor wear. The intricate gold is in amazing condition, with what I would consider minor wear. There is a roughness under the gold on the handle of the larger demi cup/mug, as shown in the close-up. I would say it is from manufacturing (not wear) especially being that it is dated 1904. Please use the “enlarge” option on the photos to see the condition in greater detail and judge for yourself. I have no doubt that you will pleased with appearance of this set. Being that each piece is hand painted, there may be slight variations in the shades of blue and peach or gold placement from piece to piece. These are all differences that give the pieces the uniqueness of hand painted works of art and do not detract from the beauty. As with any near century old china, you will find the occasional wrinkle, dimple, tiny dot of cobalt paint, glaze skip or firing spots in the porcelain.
