For sale is an 11 piece, 8 place setting dessert service, manufactured by Royal Crown Derby, in the, “King’s(383)” pattern, featuring an ornately blossomed tree to the centre and a border of scrolled foliate panels all decorated in typical Imari colours, blue, red & goldsee pics. All the items are of first quality and fully backstampedsee pics. Included in these markings are the date cyphers for 1890 & 1891 on most piecessee pics. The service in great condition being free from chips, cracks and crazing. There is the odd spot of wear/rubbing present to the gilded rimssee pic. Dessert Service Specifics:- 8 x Dessert Platessee pics. 9 & 10 – 8 3/4(22.25cms) diameter 2 x Scalloped Shaped Dishessee pic. 11 – 9 1/4″(23.5cms) wide & a little over 9 3/4″(a little under 25cms) long. 1 x Lozenge Shaped Dishsee pic. 12 – a little under 11 3/8″(1a little under 29cms) long & 8 1/2″(a little over 21.5cms) wide.
